Our mission is to ethically raise Highland Cattle. We respect our livestock and sell to those that share the same values. Our cattle are hand fed, socialized with adults & children, and handled daily.

August Family Farm proudly hand raises your chicks to pullets. All of our egg laying hens' free range on our 40 acres from dawn to dusk. They rest for the evening in their 40-foot semi-trailer converted coop "The Weigh Station"

Family values and farm values go hand in hand. August Family Farm is family owned and operated by three generations; Dr. Mahmoud Ascarie, Son, Shayon Ascarie, his Wife, Jeanna Ascarie and their three children; Stella, Shayon Ascarie Jr. and Camilla. We believe that animals should have quality of life, consumed or not.
